Exploring the topic of newspapers and how serious they are, I created a project called ‘The Chimes’. Supposedly the sister paper of the better known ‘The Times’ I cut up and reassembled articles making a much funnier, engaging, lighthearted news channel. A project I would like to revisit and rewire the visual communication, this is more of a proof of concept. All the animation is on cells of A4 animated on a lightbox. Making up over 1000 drawings!
